Check out the trailer below for Astraea, which will have its world premiere at the Cinequest Film Festival on February 27th. Set in a post-apocalyptic world, this character-driven Sci-Fi feature film tells the story of a telepathic teenage girl (Nerea Duhart), who along with her brother sets out on a journey to find the survivors of a disease that wiped out most of the human race. Written by Ashlin Halfnight and directed by Kristjan Thor, the film also stars Dan O'Brien (NBC's Whitney), Scotty Crowe (Diving Normal) and Jessica Cummings (Upstate in April).
