This week on the penultimate season two episode of The Magicians, Quentin (Jason Ralph)  tries to bring Alice (Olivia Taylor Dudley) back to life with Mayakovsky’s help, and Julia (Stella Maeve)  and Kady (Jade Tailor) get unexpected support from Senator Gaines (Christopher Gorham). Meanwhile, Eliot (Hale Appleman) seeks a new portal back to Fillory while Penny (Arjun Gupta)  finds access to the Poison Room.
