Devon Sawa makes a surprise return as a new character for season two of Chucky, the USA Network/SYFY series from showrunner Don Mancini. In previous incarnations of the Chucky franchise, Mancini has occasionally brought actors back to portray new characters. Season two is currently in production and will launch on both networks this fall. Chucky is produced by UCP, a division of Universal Studio Group, and executive produced by Don Mancini, Nick Antosca, Alex Hedlund, David Kirschner and Jeff Renfroe.
